My wife Stacy has been unable to hear for the last 15+ years. Called and made an appointment for her with 5 Star Hearing in Hazard. Seen the first consultation was free. Hunter came in and done assessment and set her new hearing aids up all within an hour. For the first time in many years my wife is able to hear, be in conversations, and talk on the phone. TRULY LIFE CHANGING!

Wow! What a great experience! The lady at the desk could not have been any sweeter! The Doctor was so compassionate and understanding. They were so amazing. Im so thankful and so blessed!!! Can't wait to get my new hearing aides! LIFE CHANGING!!! THANK YOU FIVE STAR- THE NAME SAYS IT ALL!

Hunter Harvey is the best and most thorough and thoughtful technical specialist we have EVER worked with! He has state of the art equipment we had previously never seen at other hearing aid businesses. This pair bought from Five Star Hearing is the best brand my husband has ever worn and we all know investing in quality hearing equipment is just that, you get what you pay for and we were recommended a quality set. Harvey or Elisha can clean and maintain these hearing aids and prefer to keep a close eye on them for best service. We are so happy to have them in London. London is long overdue for a great place like this place! Go see them, you’ll be glad you did!

Excellent service and great people to do business with! I would recommend Five Star Hearing Center to anyone! I have heard several of my friends and neighbors, who have hearing aids complain about their providers; I always tell them they went to the wrong places! I am 100% pleased with my new hearing aids too!
