Hi, I’m Olivia Creech, a Patient Care Coordinator and a Hearing Care Professional at Five Star Hearing Center, serving our offices in Harlan and Middlesboro. It is truly a blessing and an honor to work with and serve the communities of Southeastern Kentucky.

I earned my Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College. I have always been passionate about giving back to my community and making a positive difference in the lives of others. My role at Five Star Hearing Center has allowed me to do just that in ways I never imagined.

There is nothing more rewarding than helping our patients reconnect with their loved ones, and experience meaningful improvements in their daily lives. Seeing the impact we make motivates me to grow and strive to be better every day.

In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and staying connected to my community. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey to better hearing!
